Focus: Vo2Max Intervals and Off Bike Mobility

Loathe indoor cycling on a trainer?!  Not anymore with Cycle X-Mob!!!!  In its 7th season, Cycle X brings Fitness, Fun and High Energy into one class.  Enjoy the benefits of top notch programming in an exciting group setting.  Class is programmed and led by Coach Wes.  

It consists of 60 Minutes on the bike (Bike trainer provided) Vo2Max Intervals.  Improving your ability to consume oxygen, high end power and above all else....improving your confidence when you need to get into "the hurt locker".  

Vo2Max is by far the favorite of the 3 classes!!! Heavy hitting the first 60 minutes.  Rejuvenating the last 15 as we turn on some jazz music and work on flexibility and mobility.

 Followed by 15 Minutes of Injury Prevention Mobility work.  This class is guaranteed to get you ahead of the 8 ball for the 2019 season and build that Bullet Body to take you to greater PRs!! Delivering 2+ hours of fitness in a mere 90 Minute class.

You will need your bike, trainer skewer, towel, drink, athletic shoes and athletic shirt for strength.
