Thank you for coming out to the Deadlift Seminar at 614Fitness!

Now that you have seen and heard How To Deadlift and all the benefits that lift brings to the table, the next step is executing those exercises properly so you can introduce them into your current strength training regimen.

We will cover a few bases in this 1 on 1 session.

Deadlift: Single Leg RDL, Trap Bar and Standard Barbell forms

We will then finish with addressing Kettlebell Swings and Proper Squat form to round out the hour.  I will also be more than happy to address any other strength training related questions you may have during our session.  This is YOUR HOUR!
