2400yd for offseason maintenance

Warm up:

300s, 4x100p, 4x50k, 4x50 drill

Main set: 5x100 on interval that gives 15s rest

4x50 drill @ 10s

200pp

3x100 on interval that gives 10s rest

Cool down: 100 backstroke
