Ep: 5 Reddit questions, life lessons and track workouts

In this episode we discuss some strength training questions from Reddit, hear some life lesson about making habits out of going all in all the time, and a quick track workout.  Enjoy!!

Track Workout:

1.5 mile warm-up

4-8 Sets of the following depending on time and ability

400m Sprint

10 Declined Push-ups (Feet on the box)

5 Box Jumps

60 to 90 seconds recovery

1 Mile cool down

If you're unable to have a box for this workout substitute push-ups with your feet up for standard pushups and box jumps with plyometric jump squats.
