Indoor Cycle X

Loathe indoor cycling on a trainer?!  Not anymore with Cycle X!!!!  In its 7th season, Cycle X combines Fitness, Fun and High Energy into one class.  These classes deliver top notch programming in an exciting group setting.  Each ride is programmed and led by Coach Wes.  

The ride consists of 60 Minutes on the bike (**Bike trainer provided). Followed by 30 Minutes of High Intensity group strength or Mobility work.  Sunday's class will focus on Muscular Endurance and run 75 -90 Minutes on the bike. This collection of training with a purpose is guaranteed to get you ahead of the 8 ball for the 2019 season!

I believe in coaching with the attitude of No Junk Miles.  These rides are programmed with purpose and 100% deliver real world fitness in a very concise and limited amount of work time.
