'The" F$#@ You Friday Workout

Today we take a slight departure from my usual FYF workout format. You will need 2 Heavy Kettlebells placed approx 50 yards apart. 

This is a 25 Minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

2 Broad Jumps

Finish 50 yards with a Sprint

Alternating Single Arm Kettlebell Swing x 5/5

Single Arm Bent Over Row x 5/5

Reverse Lunge with a Kettlebell Halo x 5/5

Minimal recovery

Repeat the other direction

*Only have 1 KB. Use the walk back to the start as your recovery.  Don't lolli gag!!
