'the' F$#@ You Friday workout

Honestly, this is literally the most simple #FYF I have ever created, but it is a F$#@ing Doozy! Your physical & even more so, Mental toughness will be tested. If you are looking to shred fat right off your body...you found the AMRAP that will do just that.

30 Minutes AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

4 Minutes Assault Bike at moderate tempo

1 Minute Assault Bike HARD

Alternating single arm Kettlebell Snatch x 10/10

*Pass from 1 hand to the other with a KB swing. Use as heavy a KB as possible yet still hold super solid form.  You will start to fatigue quickly in this workout. Focus on hip snap and keep that core locked and loaded the entire time.
