FTP Building Intervals

Maintaining and/or building your FTP is a constant need through out the season.  The following workout addresses just that.  This is a bit more advanced and may require a few attempts to be able to complete the workout as prescribed.  Enjoy!

30 Minute Warm Up


Main set x 3:

12 Min at 92-102 % of FTP or 98-105% LTHR

4 Min recovery...Z1!


30 Minutes Cool Down
