These are their words not mine, but its TRUE. It hits the major movers, but when you get into the positions and sink in for a few seconds you can feel the small stabilizers engage and stretch. Pressed for time? Just don't like to stretch (join the club)? Pull "the worlds greatest stretch" out of the tool chest and allow for just 5 minutes, you will be good to go. On to the video!
