ROW: 1 Minute, 2 Min, 3 Min, 4 Min, 5 Min
Thrusters: 21, 15, 9, 6, 3
Plank: 60ct for each round
NOTES: Thrusters can be with anything. Sandbag, Dumbbell, Kettlell, Barbell, etc.. Row, Hard Effort. Plank, Glutes contracted, elbows locked out & hips are down
EX: Row 1 Minute, Thrusters x 21, 60 ct Plank, Row 2 Minutes, Thrusters x 15, Planks 60 ct, etc..
