Warm weather means outdoor workouts & training. Today's #FYF is a solid Metabolic Conditioning workout. We are going to keep it short & sweet. Leaving you with plenty of gas to get that two-a-day in or just chill and recover so you can slay tomorrows workout.
Let's Get After It!
FYF x 5 Rounds:
Run Stairs (approx 1.5 to 2 minutes total)
Kettlebell Extension Squats x 10
Jump Rope x 100 count
KB Kneeling Halos (Contract glutes and keep a straight line from knees to head) x 10/10
* Extension Squat: Start with the KB behind your head, as you begin to squat pull KB over your head and extend out from your body until elbows are nearly locked out.
