'The' F$#@ Friday Workout

Today's dose of FYF is nothing crazy.  Just a good ole fashioned deadlift based workout. Time to get after it!

Warm Up on a straight bar:

50% x 8

60% x 5

75% x 5

 

Main Set (DL, DL, KBS)......5 rounds

BB 85% x 1 Rep.....explode off the floor

Trap Bar 75% x 3.....picture perfect form. 

Kettlebell HEAVY A.F. x 5 Hike Swings

recover by 50% 

 

FINISHER x 3 rounds:

Kettlebell Bottom Side Up see saw shoulder press x 10/10

Resistance Band Push Ups x 10
