You know the drill by now. We here at NLHH HQ like to put a bow on the week in style! End it with a monster truck, super charged workout to say "Hello weekend" & of course to shout "F. U" to the week behind us.
I recently as, in yesterday, received my 28kg Werewolf Kettlebell. She is a beauty. So....its only reasonable that this weeks #FYF workout uses a heavy KB.
NOTE: Everyone's "heavy" is different. It should be Very Hard work but you should be able to maintain proper form at all times. We clear on this?!
