'The' F$#@ You Friday Workout

TGI_FYF, Lets Get After It! We are going super simple today. Quick Note, if you do not have a TRX or Rings you can sub in a Barbell or Medball for the roll outs.

10 Rounds:

Kettlebell Snatch x 5/5

Sprint 200 meters

TRX Roll Outs x 10

Recover 30 - 60 seconds between rounds.  Dont go to full recovery, approx 50% recovery....this is FYF after all.
