'The' F$#@ You Friday Workout

We can all agree Thrusters are brutal. Running stairs is for the insane, those who crave for their Quads to be on fire.  The though of combining both is ridiculous...or is it?!

 

Its about as simple as it gets. Make sure you have some Water and a Towel (or two)!

Warm Up with an easy jog for 8-10 Min & 3 x 10 reps of Body Weight Squats

Main Set x 5

3 Minutes Running Stairs (Dam or Stadium)...Get On It! 

10 KB Thrusters (You can use DBs)

:60 Plank (Even Better if you can do TRX Planks, Hands in the stirrups)

Cool Down with an EASY 5-8 minute jog Min and Stretch
