Next to Mondays, Friday is my favorite day.....to get rowdy with weights. Today we break out the barbells and plates. That is it, simple!
For the Deadlift and Front Squat keep the weight moderate. Rarely do I use the word moderate, but today will be one of them. If you only have 1 barbell, you can sub in 2 Kettlebells for the front squat.
Deadlift 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 reps
Front Squat 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 reps
Plate Truck drivers x 10/10
ex. DL 15 reps at 275, FS 3 reps at 185, Truck drivers x 10/10......DL 12, FS 6, TD 10/10, etc...
