The weather has finally cracked...at least here in Central Ohio. So lets get out doors and Fuck this Friday UP! Throw on some shorts, find yourself a set of stairs. A dam or stadium work perfectly. Grab your favorite Heavy Kettlebell and lets go.....#FYF
The Stairs should take 1.5 to 2 minutes to go both Up and back Down. Adjust how many trips to make accordingly to hit that time frame.
#FYF, 10 Sets:
Run stairs HARD, both up and down (1.5 to 2 minutes total)
Alternating Single Arm Swings x 10/10
Halos x 10/10
Offset push ups x 10/10
Hint: Bring a towel as your hands will get sweaty and you WILL NEED grip strength for this workout
