Treadmill Tuesday Workout

Today's Treadmill Workout,  We work on some steady state pacing on rolling hills.  Your heart rate will fluctuate, so lets lock into a solid upper zone 2 pace and stay right there for the entire run.

10 Min WU

Main Set X5:

3 Min at Z2 PACE at 4% incline
3 Min at Z2 PACE at 1% incline
