(DIY, pour sand in a trash bag, put it inside another trash bag. Secure it with duct tape, place in your kids school backpack.....no excuses!)
Burpees (no sand bag) x 20
Sand Bag alternating swing lunges(reverse) x 10/10
SB Upright Row x 20
SB Thrusters x 20
SB Plank pull throughs x 10/10
*kick it up a notch, throw some chains around your neck for the sand bag portion.
