It is Playlist Time again! Working with some rolling hills will be the focus of today's treadmill workout.
1 Mile Warm up to upper Zone 2 or even Low Z3
Main Set: Can be any duration you want. I recommend 30-50 Minutes
1st Song you will be at 1% Incline and the speed you built up to (ex. 6.8)
2nd Song you will bump the incline up to 3% and stay at current pace (ex. 6.8)
3rd Song you will drop down to 1% and bump pace up .1 (ex. 6.9)
4th Song you would in this example be at 3% and 6.9 pace
Get it? Got it. GOOD!
Finish with a 5 Minute cool down walk
