It's February 17th so 17 will be the number of the Day.  You need 2 items for this FYF. A HEAVY Kettlebell and a good set of Lungs. Lets get crackin'

Alternating single arm kettlebell deadlifts

Burpees, without the strict push up

Reps: 17, 16, 15, 14,........1

Example:

Alternating back and forth from Right to Left arms execute a single arm deadlift a total of 34 times. That's 17 each arm. 

Then execute 17 Burpees (NO strict push-up needed)

Repeat the process with 16 reps and so on

When all is said and done your rep count will be = 153 Burpees and 306 Single Arm KB Deadlifts
