Main Working Set, 20 Min AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

Single Arm Kettlebell swing, to Clean, to Cossack Squat x 5 on each side

Medball sit up with press x 10

Standing Slamball x 25, these should be done Very Fast

Finish with Stairmaster 10 Minutes, EARN that weekend!
