Treadmill Tuesday 3 Tier Climb

Today's Treadmill Tuesday keeps it Simple & Challenging. Developing that oh so important leg strength on the run.

 

1 Mile Warm Up at a comfortable pace (Z2)

Main Set:

4 Min at Tempo (Z3) at 5% Incline

4 Min Comfortable (Z2) at 1% Incline

4 Min at Tempo (Z3) at 6% Incline

4 Min Comfortable (Z2) at 1% Incline

4 Min at Tempo (Z3) at 7% Incline

1 Mile Cool Down

The goal is to keep "tempo" at the same pace for all 3 tiers of the climb
