Warm up with 8-10 Min of Cardio...your choice
Main Set is 5 Rounds:
You will need 5 different weighted Kettlebells from medium Heavy to Damn Heavy
KB Deadlift x 20 (lightest weight to start)
KB Single Arm Bent Over Row x 5/5 (same as above)
Barbell Wipers x 5/5
***IF you have a partner go HEAVY! IF you do not, be SMART with the weight!
**BB should stay as still as possible as you control your leg swing so that your feet touch the outside of the plates.
Repeat, using a heavier KB every time you start back up at the top.
