F$#@ You Friday, Workout #10

Nothing says F#$@ You like a Thruster Does!  A Stairmaster may come close though. What would happen if we did both?!


Its about as simple as it gets. Make sure you have some Water and a Towel (or two)!

Warm Up, light cardio for 8-10 Min, 3 x 10 reps of Body Weight Squats

Main Set x 5

3 Minutes Stairmaster...Get On It! (keep it Sub Threshold though)

10 KB Thrusters (You can use DBs)

:60 Plank (Even Better if you can do TRX Planks, Hands in the stirrups)

Cool Down, Elliptical 5-8 Min and Stretch
