Treadmill Tuesday Workout

It's our favorite workout of the week....Treadmill Tuesday!  Today's program will work on maintaining tempo pace as work load and/or fatigue sets in.  

The key in this workout is to hold or maintain the exact same pace, Tempo/Z3, for the entire duration.  You will want to back off just a bit...DO NOT hit that little arrow that points down!

1 Mile at 1% Incline at Tempo
.75 Mile at 2%
.5 Mile at 3%
.25 Mile at 4%
.5 Mile at 3%
.75 Mile at 2%
1 Mile at 1%
