F$#@ You Friday, Special Holiday Edition

I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and enjoyed the spoils they earned of great Food & Drink. Now it is the Friday after and there is work to be done.  Lets burn some calories, turbo charge our energy and kick up our fitness game to 11....it's FYF TIME!

Today we are dealing strictly with Body Weight, which means absolutely NO EXCUSES!!

Warm Up = 8-10 Minute easy jog

Main Set:

Jumping Jacks x 100

Static Wall Squat 100 seconds

Burpees x 50

Walking Lunges x 50/50

Mountain Climbers x 50/50

****Do those Slow and deliberate

Russian Twist (with feet up) x 100/100

Burpees x 50

Static Wall Squat 100 seconds

Jumping Jacks x 100

 

Now, go shopping, eat or drink...but have more fun!
